Three steps to replace a social security card

The first step: pre-loss. Social security card loss is divided into two forms, one for verbal loss, one for written loss. Step 3: Receive a new card. After 15 working days of completing the procedures of replacing the new card, the person who replaces the card can go to the social security card service outlets to receive the new card with his ID card and the "proof of receiving the card".

The first issuance of social security cards is free of charge. If the social security card is replaced due to theft, loss, damage, etc., the labor cost will be charged appropriately. The cost of replacing a social security card is a standardized fee of RMB 20 yuan, which is charged by the corresponding issuing bank of each social security card. The cooperative commercial banks shall report the fee to the price department before charging, and make a public announcement in the bank outlets, and issue the corresponding fee bill to the person who replaces the card.
