Cui Yonghui, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and executive deputy mayor, attended the meeting and delivered a speech at Huangzhou main venue. The executive deputy heads of counties (cities, districts) and the heads of relevant departments organized the viewing. The meeting was presided over by Liao Baoan, deputy secretary general of the municipal government. Mei Yongcheng, Deputy Head of the Municipal Resettlement Working Group, Executive Deputy Minister of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and Party Secretary of the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau, made a work report. Lu Shouxiong, deputy head of the municipal government resettlement working group and director of the political department of the military division, spoke on behalf of the troops.
