According to the inquiry of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the social security payment standards in Jiangsu Province are as follows:

From June 5438+1 October1day in 2023 to February 3 1 day in 2023, the lower limit of basic old-age insurance for employees of enterprises and institutions in the province was temporarily implemented at 4,494 yuan, and the upper limit of payment wage base was temporarily implemented at 24,042 yuan.

After the average wage of employees in urban units in the province is determined in 2022, the official standards for the upper and lower limits of the social insurance payment wage base in 2023 will be announced in accordance with national policies, with more refunds and less subsidies.

The upper and lower limits of employees' basic medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance and maternity insurance shall be implemented with reference to the above standards, and the specific implementation time shall be determined by each district and city.

All localities should strictly implement the social insurance payment policy to ensure that all funds are collected in place. Where the lower limit of the payment base of the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees is lowered without authorization, resulting in short-term income of the fund, it is identified as a management gap, and responsibility shall be investigated.
