What if I can't change my social security card?

I'd better change my medical insurance card. If there are special circumstances, others can replace the new card. If someone else replaces the medical insurance card, you need to take the original and copy of your ID card and the old medical insurance card.

There are two ways to change the social security card:

1. Replace the social security card. The insured person carries the original and photocopy of his ID card and social security card, goes to the service outlets of the social security center to apply for a replacement card, applies for a replacement card in writing, and signs the business confirmation. After the processing is completed, the staff will give you a replacement card business voucher, and the new social security card can be collected with the replacement card business voucher after the business card printing is completed;

2. reissue the social security card. Before you reissue your social security card, you can report the loss first, and then the insured person will bring valid identity documents to the social security card issuer in the insured area to apply for a new social security card. After accepting the application for replacement card, the insured pays the corresponding social security card fee. After the new social security card is completed, the insured person can get the card with his ID card.

To sum up, if I don't go, I can activate my social security card and someone else will do it for me. According to the actual situation, I don't have to handle it, but the unit or community can handle it. I fill in the social security card application registration form and submit my ID card, household registration book or household registration certificate for information comparison and approval. After the social security card is made, I or the client will go to the designated institution of the labor department to collect it.
