Processing flow of social security transfer to Guangzhou in different places

To handle the transfer-in business, you need to go to the municipal medical insurance agency to go through the application procedures, and you can formally complete the formal transfer-in procedures after receiving the relevant information issued by the original medical insurance agency.

1. The applicant prepares the required information and applies to the branch directly under Guangzhou Medical Insurance Service Administration for transfer;

2. After receiving the information through the business window, make the Contact Letter for the Transfer and Continuation of the Basic Medical Insurance Relationship within 15 working days and send it to the social (medical) insurance agency of the original insured place;

3. After receiving the information, the social (medical) insurance agency of the original insured place shall handle the transfer formalities of the insurance certificate (first and third) and the information table of the insured person's medical insurance coverage change to the corresponding branch directly under the Guangzhou Medical Insurance Service Administration;

4. After receiving and verifying the data, the branch directly under Guangzhou Medical Insurance Service Administration will complete the transfer formalities within 15 working days.

5. The balance of the personal medical account of the original insured place was transferred to Guangzhou. On the basis of relationship transfer, the funds actually received will be injected into the applicant's Guangzhou basic medical insurance card within 15 working days after the balance of personal medical account is actually received.
