District Human Resources and Social Security Bureaus, Social Affairs Bureau of Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone, people's organizations, relevant units of the central government and the army in Beijing, enterprises, institutions and other employers: according to the relevant requirements of the state, with the approval of the municipal party committee and the municipal government, the minimum wage standard of our city will be adjusted.

The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows: 1. The minimum wage in our city is not less than every hour 12.

64 yuan, no less than 2,200 yuan per month, adjusted to no less than 13 per hour.

33 yuan, not less than 2320 yuan per month.

The following items are not part of the minimum wage standard, and the employer shall pay separately according to the regulations: (1) allowances for workers in special working environments and conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and harmful;

(2) overtime wages due to the workers;

(3) Various social insurance premiums and housing accumulation funds that individual workers should pay;

Two, considering the factors such as reducing the social insurance rate and adjusting the social security payment base in this city, the hourly minimum wage for part-time employees is determined to be 25.

The above standards include pension, medical care and unemployment insurance premiums that employers and workers should pay.

Three, the implementation of piecework wage enterprises, through equal consultation to reasonably determine the labor quota and piecework unit price, to ensure that workers provide normal labor within the statutory working hours, the wages due are not lower than the minimum wage in our city.

Four, the normal production and operation, sustained economic growth of enterprises, in principle, should be higher than the minimum wage to pay workers in the statutory working hours to provide labor;

Due to difficulties in production and operation, it is really necessary to pay the wages of all employees or some employees according to the minimum wage standard, which shall be determined through collective wage negotiation or discussed and approved by the workers' congress (or workers' congress).

Five, in the labor contract, it is stipulated that the employer can pay the employee a salary lower than the minimum wage if the employee fails to complete the labor quota or contract tasks, which has no legal effect.
