The social security card can be applied by me with my ID card, or by the unit in a unified way. The application place is the Social Insurance Affairs Center (Social Security Bureau).

Article 12 When making a business card for the first time and changing suppliers and products, you must first make a test card in a regular business card printing environment, and then pass the standard compliance audit, security audit and cross-regional generality test organized by the Office of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Informatization Leading Group before you can formally make and distribute it.
