Provincial endowment insurance in Anhui Province was transferred to local government.

The procedures for transferring the provincial endowment insurance to the municipal endowment insurance are as follows:

1, write an application. After the insured person has gone through the insurance registration formalities in the current insured place and paid the fee according to the regulations, he or the employing unit shall submit an application for the transfer and continuation of the basic old-age insurance relationship to the social security institution in the current insured place, and submit the insurance certificate, the application for the transfer and continuation of the basic old-age insurance relationship in the province, the insured's ID card and a copy.

2. Go through the formalities. At present, the business department of the social security institution in the insured place shall review the application for transfer of the insured person on the spot.

For those who meet the requirements, within 5 working days, the social security agency of the insured person's original insured place will issue a contact letter for the transfer of the basic old-age insurance relationship in the province;

For those who do not meet the transfer conditions, inform the employer or the insured of the reasons and policy basis for not handling. After receiving the contact letter, the social security agency of the original insured place will complete all transfer-out procedures within 15 working days according to the insured person's confirmed insurance information records and the arrival of funds.

After receiving the transfer and continuation of the insured's basic old-age insurance relationship and the fund (the transfer and continuation fund is divided into individual account storage amount, deemed payment account storage amount and local pension storage amount), the social security institution of the insured place will complete the relevant transfer procedures within 10 working days (excluding the time for fund circulation and business coordination), and will promptly notify the employer or the insured person of the confirmation.
