Can a resident of Tempe without a job get a social security card?

Paid social security before you can apply for a social security card.

Materials for applying for social security card:

Original identity card of the person and one copy of the front and back of the identity card (A4);

2 1-inch colorful crownless photographs with white background and dark clothes developed;

Original hukou book and one copy of the first page of the hukou book, the page of the person, and the page of the change of the hukou book (A4);

Going to a relevant associated bank in the city (with the person's 18-digit ID card to the bank) and deposit the full amount of pension, unemployment and medical insurance premiums in the debit card.

Procedure: Anyone who participates in social insurance is required to apply for a social security card, which can be obtained by the person himself or by the organization acting on his behalf at the social insurance agency to which he belongs.

Note: Participants need to apply with a valid ID card and an image or relevant electronic document that meets the standard of the second-generation ID card.
