At the time of application, the insured person or agent holds the original and photocopy of valid ID card and 25 yuan deposit to the comprehensive service window of social security card, and fills in the "Shanxi Social Security Card Business Processing Form". To meet the conditions, temporary social security cards will be issued on the spot. The temporary social security card has the function of social security, and its service life is no longer than 3 months. When the use period expires or a formal social security card is received, the temporary social security card shall be returned, the 25 yuan deposit shall be collected, and the temporary social security card shall be cancelled.
