1, personal mobile banking: If your social security card has been associated with personal mobile banking, and social security card financial account, medical insurance account have been activated, you can log in to the personal mobile banking account management - query to the upper right corner of the account number labeled "medical insurance", its corresponding account number is the social security card financial account, click on "financial account", enter the "medical insurance" account number. You can log into your personal mobile banking account management - check the account labeled with "Medical Insurance" in the upper-right corner, which corresponds to the financial account of your social security card, click on "Financial Account", enter "Account Details", and in the lower-right corner of the function column icon, the medical insurance account is displayed, and you can check the balance and payment details of the medical insurance account by clicking on it. Click on it to check the balance of your medical insurance account and payment details.

2. BOC Personal Internet Banking: After logging in to your personal Internet banking, click on your bank account and select Account Overview to find your personal health insurance account under your name, and you can check the balance of your health insurance account and transaction details and other related information.
