Why can't I transfer my medical insurance card?

2. Check the balance of the medical insurance card. Insured employees can inquire about the balance by telephone, or at China Bank Savings Office or designated hospitals and pharmacies in urban areas. You can also log in to the social security inquiry system online;

3. For the inquiry of medical insurance card transactions, the insured employees can print the medical insurance card transaction records, including the expenditure records and consumption records of personal account funds, with their ID cards and medical insurance. If you have any questions about the transaction records, you can go to the retail business department of Bank of China for enquiry.

4. Medical insurance card password; If the insured employees change their passwords, they can make changes by phone, or they can make changes with their ID cards at China Bank Savings Office. If the insured employee forgets his password, he can report the loss of the original password with his ID card to China Bank Savings Office and change it.

After the medical insurance card is degaussed and lost, it will be replaced directly according to the regulations. The specific process is as follows:

1. If it is the same bank before and after the card change, I will report the loss to the employee medical insurance card service bank with my valid certificate, and the street labor security service center will accept the social security card application with the bank's report of loss and my valid certificate for 45 working days. After receiving the social security card and injecting capital, the amount in the original medical insurance card will be automatically transferred to the social security card without clearing it.

2. If the card is not the same bank before and after the card change, then the social security card collection process is the same. However, the amount in the original medical insurance card will not be automatically transferred to the social security card, and a valid certificate is required to issue the Notice of Clearing the Employee's Medical Insurance Card at the social security sub-center of the insured place. With the notice and my valid certificate, go to the original employee medical insurance card service bank to cancel the medical insurance card.
