How to receive unemployment benefits and social security in Suzhou?

If the rural household registration employees in other places need to go through the formalities of surrender after leaving their jobs, the formalities will be changed from August.

The original process: the employer handles it centrally, and the Social Security Bureau transfers the amount to the company account, and then the company returns it to the employee's personal bank card.

The process of the new method: the next month after the employee leaves the company for social security relief, the individual directly goes to the social security bureau to handle it.

Materials required:

1. Original and photocopy of my valid ID card.

2. The Application Form for Termination of Social Insurance Relationship for Rural Employees in Suzhou Enterprises (individual direct application) which I filled in and signed and sealed by the company. Get the form from the original unit.

3. Employee pension insurance handbook and medical insurance card.

4. I opened the passbook of Jiangsu Wu Dong Rural Commercial Bank in my own name.

Bring the above materials to the business sub-center of Suzhou High-tech Zone Social Security Fund Management Center for review. The social security department will directly transfer the money to my passbook after the audit.
