It's different. The local minimum basic wage is different, and the treatment is different. Everyone's basic salary is different, and the social security payment they want is different. Beijing, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other places have relatively developed economies, so wages are relatively high and social security contributions are also high.
