It is necessary to improve the departmental cooperation mechanism, strengthen data sharing, simplify the workflow, realize the "application and enjoyment" of enterprises, and effectively reduce the transactional burden of enterprises.

Human resources and social security, development and reform, finance, taxation and other departments at all levels should further strengthen cooperation, form a joint effort, and promote the phased holdover of social insurance premiums. New situations and new problems arising in the process of policy implementation should be reported to the relevant departments of the province in a timely manner.
