The newly registered employer can apply for social insurance registration for the employees who are insured in Beijing for the first time through the enterprise registration electronic window service platform, and complete the registration immediately after the submission is successful.

Method 2: Through the online service platform of Beijing social insurance.

1. Use "electronic business license login" to scan the QR code and log in to the online declaration system;

2. Online declaration of social insurance

(1) Insured units log on to the social security online service platform and pass the "new enrollment registration declaration" module in "declaration business";

(2) Save and submit the employee information (excluding foreigners, newly registered female cadres aged 50 and above and part-time employees);

Among them, the "average monthly wage income" is based on the first month's salary of the employees of this unit as the payment base of the year; Upload one-inch electronic color photos of employees with white background.

(3) Inquire whether the employee's medical (including medical treatment) and other three-insurance information has been successfully imported through the "declaration information status inquiry" module in "Query Management";

(4) Handling audit

The employees who apply for new insurance registration for the first time in this city have realized the "whole process online". After the successful submission of the unit, the system will automatically pass the examination without going to the agency for examination. In case of special circumstances, it is necessary to go to the agency for audit. Through the business report query module, click on the personal information registration form to print 1 copy of the personal information registration form for five insurances and one gold in Beijing and two copies of the increase form for social insurance participants in Beijing (with the official seal of the company), and bring a copy of the second-generation resident ID card of the insured employees. 3. Query the "Business Feedback Status" through the "Application Information Status Query" module in Query Management, and it will be completed if "Success" is displayed.

Method 4: Apply through Social Security Enterprise Edition.

1. The employer inputs the employee's personal information and uploads their electronic photos through the "Personal Information Input" module of the Enterprise Edition subsystem (foreigners with mutual exemption agreements must enter the effective date on the agreement, which will be extended in time after expiration);

2. Operate in the "Personal Change Registration"-"Personnel Increase" module, generate an offer file through the "Personal New Insured Information Offer" module and save it on the mobile storage device, print out the "Beijing Five Insurance and One Gold Personal Information Registration Form" in duplicate and the "Beijing Social Insurance Insured Personnel Increase Form" in duplicate (with official seal), and go to the agency to handle the insurance registration procedures for employees with the corresponding materials after making an online appointment.

Third, processing materials.

(a) Online reporting does not require on-site submission of materials for review.

(2) Please bring the following materials when handling the enterprise edition:

1. Beijing five insurances and one gold personal information registration form in duplicate with official seal;

(2) Female cadres over 50 years old (management positions):

Female cadres over the age of 50 need to go through the new insurance procedures first, and then they can go through the subsequent examination and approval.

Materials required for new insurance for female cadres over 50 years old:

Application form for female employees over 50 years old to participate in basic old-age insurance;

B) Identification documents of cadres (management positions) (such as labor contracts signed with employers, resumes of cadres, etc.);

(3) Part-time work-related injuries:

A copy of the labor contract for part-time employees to provide part-time employment; Full-time and part-time staff provide copies of labor contracts and records of normal payment of social insurance rights and interests in other employers.

(4) Overseas Chinese:

Overseas Chinese who want to participate in the new insurance must first be assigned a number. The materials required to apply for the numbering are: a copy of China passport, which can be insured normally after the numbering, and the numbering time is one month;
