It can be reimbursed in different places, and now the medical insurance is universal in the whole country. Fill in the Record Form for Overseas and Foreign Residents' Medical Treatment in Designated Medical Institutions; State the reasons for medical treatment in different places and go through the procedures for medical treatment in different places. For those who have gone through medical treatment procedures in different places, the basic medical expenses incurred by the insured can be reimbursed according to relevant regulations.

Different procedures for handling medical reimbursement:

1. Call the consultation telephone number of the new rural cooperative medical system in your hometown for hospitalization registration before or within 3 days after hospitalization;

2. After discharge, the residence certificate must be issued by the neighborhood office or neighborhood committee. If you work outside, you need a work certificate issued by your work unit;

3. After discharge, submit the medical record copy, summary list, hospitalization bill and discharge certificate to the place where the patient's ID card, cooperative medical certificate, residence or work certificate are submitted for reimbursement;

4. If you go directly to a hospital outside the province for chemotherapy from the participating place, you must go through the referral and transfer procedures before you can go to a different place for hospitalization;

Twenty-eighth, in line with the basic medical insurance drug list, diagnosis and treatment items, medical service facilities standards, as well as emergency and rescue medical expenses, in accordance with state regulations, paid from the basic medical insurance fund.

Twenty-ninth insured medical expenses should be paid by the basic medical insurance fund, by the social insurance agencies, medical institutions and pharmaceutical business units directly settled.

The administrative department of social insurance and the administrative department of health shall establish a settlement system for medical expenses in different places to facilitate the insured to enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits.
