How to apply for social security card unit

The process of applying for a social security card for an employer:

1. The employer carries a copy of the industrial and commercial license, the institutional code certificate, a copy of the issued payroll and other documents to the social security agency for registration after receiving the industrial and commercial business license;

2. Receive the social security registration form, fill it out completely and stamp it;

3. The social security agency issues the social security registration certificate Original and paper copy. Article 58 of the Social Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China*** and the State of China stipulates that an employer shall, within thirty days from the date of employment, apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for its employees. If it fails to register for social insurance, the social insurance agency shall authorize the social insurance premiums to be paid. Individual entrepreneurs without employees who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time workers who do not participate in social insurance with their employers, and other flexibly employed persons shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration. The State establishes a nationally unified individual social security number. Individual social security numbers are citizens' identity numbers.
