Party B came to work for Party A on, and both parties signed a one-year labor (service) contract. During this period, Party A agrees to pay social insurance for Party B, because Party B thinks that deducting personal contributions from his salary will affect his salary income. Through negotiation between both parties, Party B voluntarily waives Party A's handling of social insurance for Party B, and both parties reach the following terms: 1.
