When will the teacher pay social security?

The substitute teacher will get five insurances and one gold. Within 30 days from the date of establishing labor relations with substitute teachers, the school needs to declare social security registration for substitute teachers in time and pay various social security fees and housing provident fund for substitute teachers.

Article 58 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law

The employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of employment, apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for its employees.

If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.

Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration.

The state establishes a national unified personal social security number. Personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.

Article 2 of the Regulations on the Management of Housing Provident Fund

These Regulations shall apply to the deposit, withdrawal, use, management and supervision of housing provident fund in People's Republic of China (PRC).

The term "housing accumulation fund" as mentioned in these Regulations refers to the long-term housing savings paid by state organs, state-owned enterprises, urban collective enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises, urban private enterprises and other urban enterprises, institutions, private non-enterprise units and social organizations (hereinafter referred to as units) and their employees.
