Main responsibilities of Sanya Human Resources and Social Security Bureau

(a) to implement the national and provincial policies, laws and regulations on human resources and social security, formulate the development and flow planning of human resources and social security in the city, and organize the implementation, supervision and inspection; Responsible for promoting the rational flow and effective allocation of human resources and the statistics and information work of human resources and social security in the city.

(II) Responsible for promoting employment in the whole city, drawing up the overall plan for urban and rural employment development, improving the public employment service system, implementing the employment assistance system, improving the vocational qualification system, making overall plans for establishing the vocational training system for urban and rural workers, implementing the employment policy for college graduates, and implementing and implementing the training incentive policy for high-skilled talents and rural practical talents jointly with relevant departments.
