Social security name is wrong. Can the system be changed?

Legal analysis: if the name of the insured information belongs to the misuse of homophones, the household registration book contains the previous name, and the uncommon words use substitute words; If the ID card number belongs to the change of administrative area code (data of non-birth date) and normal upgrade (that is, add 19 before the birth date of the original ID card number, add an identification number at the end, and keep the other numbers unchanged), you can apply for change to the collection and payment department of the social security institution in your district through yourself or the social security handling personnel of the insured unit with the following information:

(1) social insurance information change declaration form (non-employees of the company may not fill in this item);

(2) Second-generation ID card (check the original and keep a copy);

(3) Description of my situation (sign my full name and press my thumb).

If the name of the insured information is changed or the age of the ID card number is changed, the certificate of error correction of the citizenship number issued by the public security department where the household registration is located (stamped with the special seal for household registration) shall also be submitted.
