What should I do if the account with double account cancellation has social security?

(1) It is illegal for a double account to have two social insurances. The social insurance administrative department shall order it to return the defrauded social insurance benefits and impose a fine of more than two times and less than five times the defrauded amount.

(2) If the cancelled accounts have social security, it will not affect them. There is no conflict between the cancelled account and social security, and there is still social security. You can apply to the social security department for change.

Article 88 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC): Anyone who defrauds social insurance benefits by fraud, forgery of certification materials or other means shall be ordered by the social insurance administrative department to return the defrauded social insurance benefits, and shall be fined at least two times but not more than five times the amount defrauded.
