What are the conditions for early retirement

The conditions for early retirement are: men who have reached the age of fifty-five and women who have reached the age of forty-five, with ten years of continuous service, engaged in underground, high altitude, high temperature, particularly heavy physical labor or other work harmful to health, can be retired early. Disabled at work and certified by a hospital (workers and confirmed by the Labor Appraisal Committee) to be totally incapacitated for work. According to the regulations, if a worker who is disabled at work is identified as having a Grade 1 to Grade 4 disability, he or she retains the labor relationship, withdraws from work, and is entitled to a monthly disability allowance. If the employee retains the labor relationship, withdraws from work, and is entitled to a monthly disability allowance; after the injured employee reaches the retirement age and goes through the retirement procedures, the disability allowance will be stopped, and the employee will be entitled to the basic pension insurance treatment. If the basic pension insurance treatment is lower than the disability allowance, the difference will be made up by the Industrial Injury Insurance Fund.

Two, the procedures for retirement:

The provisions of this subparagraph also apply to basic cadres whose working conditions are the same as those of workers.
