2. Civil servants who have been approved to calculate the length of service together need to return the retirement benefits they received at that time (the benefits they should receive are not limited according to the relevant provisions of the Civil Service Annuity Law, the Private School Teachers' Annuity Law and the Military Annuity Law) or the insurance savings plus the interest rate stipulated by the presidential decree to the civil service annuity management institution.

(3) If the accumulated length of service exceeds 10 years, it can be paid in 48 installments.

6. When a person who carries out the combined calculation of length of service retires or dies halfway, the civil servant annuity management institution may deduct the unreturned part from his retirement (death) treatment.

7. When calculating the interest rate according to the provisions of the second paragraph, it shall be calculated on an annual basis from the date of deciding to pay retirement benefits to the date of applying for consolidated calculation of length of service. If the interest is added to the installment payment stipulated in the third paragraph, it shall be calculated from the month following the approval of the consolidated calculation of the length of service to the month after the installment payment ends. The amount of each payment should be averaged according to the number of times.

8. If the person who has been approved to calculate the length of service on a consolidated basis requests to cancel all or part of the combined calculation, or the refund is delayed for more than 6 months, the civil servant annuity management institution may cancel all or part of the combined calculation of the length of service or cancel the combined calculation of the length of service other than the paid refund.

9. If a civil servant who cancels all or part of the combined calculation of length of service requires the combined calculation of length of service, the combined calculation of length of service shall be submitted to the civil servant annuity management institution through the person in charge of the subordinate organ.

10. If the combined calculation of all or part of the length of service is cancelled according to item 8, when the combined calculation is carried out again according to item 9, the overdue interest rate stipulated by the presidential decree shall be added to the refund.
