If the payer has any personnel increase or decrease, it must go through the relevant formalities in the social security agency in time in the current month (the annual declaration does not accept personnel increase or decrease in the current month, except for new units in the current month).
On-the-job employees participate in medical insurance, establish individual medical insurance accounts, and the unit issues medical insurance cards to the insured. The medical insurance premiums paid by employees are included in personal accounts, and the medical insurance premiums paid by the unit are divided into two parts, one part is used to establish the overall fund, and the other part is included in personal accounts to pay my medical expenses. The money in the medical insurance card bears interest according to the interest of the current deposit. In principle, it is used to pay medical expenses and cannot be used for other purposes. To apply for the issuance of social security cards, the following materials shall be submitted:
(1) Fill in a complete social security card issuance registration application form;
(2) An explanation of the preparation for the issuance of social security cards;
(3) The application fields and application file structures in the card that meet the requirements of the national unified specifications (including the application fields and indicators of local expansion);
(four) the card face style designed according to the unified requirements;
(five) the measures for the administration of social security cards in this area and the detailed rules for their implementation;
(six) other materials required by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
