How can a child activate an electronic medical insurance card without a social security card?

You can bind your child's medical insurance e-card (1under 6 years old) to your mobile phone and activate it.

Please prepare your and your child's household registration book and follow the following steps to start binding your child's medical insurance electronic certificate:

0 1 Download the "National Medical Insurance Service Platform" APP, and activate your medical insurance e-cert through the "National Medical Insurance Service Platform" APP.

Log in to the "National Medical Insurance Service Platform" APP, enter the main interface, and click "My" in the lower right corner.

Enter the "My" interface and click "Add my family members".

Enter the "Binding Method Selection" interface, select "Binding with ID number" and click "Confirm".

Enter the "Family Member Addition Notice" interface, read and agree, select "Read Family Member Addition Notice" and click "I have read and agreed".

Enter the "Add Family Members" interface, fill in the child's name and ID number, select Relationship-Children, and click "Click Upload Personal Commitment".

Enter the "Personal Commitment Letter Generation" interface and click "Personal Commitment Letter Generation".

Enter the "Personal Commitment Letter" interface and click "Start Signing".

Enter the prompt interface, read the prompt carefully, and click OK.

10 Enter the "Draw Signature" interface, draw your signature in the dotted box with your finger, and click "OK".

1 1 Enter the "Personal Commitment Letter" interface for signature extraction, and click "Save and Submit".

12 Enter the "Prompt" interface and click "Save".

13 Return to the "Add Family Members" interface and click "Click View".

14 Enter the "Personal Commitment Letter Generation" interface, click "Select from Mobile Phone Album" and select "Personal Commitment Letter" from your mobile phone album.

15 Return to the "Add Family Members" interface and click "Click to upload my account book".

16 Enter the "Photos" interface, click "Photos", take a photo of my page in your account book, and use my page photo.

17 Return to the "Add Family Members" interface, and click "Click to upload the binding person's account book".

18 Enter the "Photos" interface, click "Photos", and take a photo of the child's personal page in the household registration book, using the photo of the personal page.

19 Return to the "Add Family Members" interface and click "Add Account".

Your child's electronic medical insurance certificate was successfully bound to your mobile phone. Click "Enter the medical insurance electronic certificate display page" to use.
