Why are the uncommon words of public security bureau, social security bureau and bank inconsistent?

The data of the People's Bank of China is provided by the Public Security Bureau, but the update is not as fast as that of the Public Security Bureau, so the Public Security Bureau is right, but the bank can't find it.

When there are uncommon words in the name of the insured, the system can't input them correctly, which will cause inconsistent information. If the insured person finds that he can't enjoy social security benefits normally, he only needs to bring his ID card and social security card to the local social security agency to inquire about the insurance information.

Unusual words in the financial industry are characters that information systems can't handle normally in the process of storage, transmission and display. According to the reasons, they can be divided into three situations:

First of all, some characters cannot be processed because of the interaction between the system and different character sets. For example, when an application using the GB 18030 character set interacts with an application using the GBK character set, because there are only 2 1003 GBK characters, it is impossible to handle characters outside this range.

Second, some characters are "multiple codes per word" and cannot be processed. The emergence of "one-word multi-code" is mainly due to the existence of user-defined area (PUA) in Unicode coding space, which allows users to customize coding to deal with some rare words, which were formally incorporated into Unicode later, resulting in the problem of "one-word multi-code" of a Chinese character with both PUA coding and Unicode form code. For example, the word "_" is encoded as "E863" in the Unicode custom area, while its formal encoding is "4DAE". Because GB 18030-2005 has one-to-one correspondence with Unicode coding, there is also the problem of "multiple codes in one word" in the coding space of GB 18030-2005. There are more than 3,000 words in this part, including 52 Chinese characters collected by GBK when 1995 was formulated and most of the founder-defined words collected by the Population Information System of the Ministry of Public Security.

Third, terminal equipment fonts and common input methods do not support uncommon words. On the one hand, many terminal equipment fonts and input methods support incomplete characters in specifications and standards, some only support 2 1003 characters of GBK, and some support 4-byte characters of GB 18030, but they are not comprehensive, resulting in the terminal being unable to input, display and print. On the other hand, there are about 4,700 uncommon words in the population information system of the Ministry of Public Security, which belong to Founder Company's self-defined words and need to be purchased from Founder Word Library, otherwise, these 4,700 uncommon words terminals cannot be input, displayed and printed.
