My wife and I both work in Suzhou Park and pay social security in the park. Now I buy a house in Kunshan, 90 square meters. Can I leave my account in Kunshan?

In Kunshan, there are other requirements besides housing area, as follows:

Paragraph 2 of Article 7 of the Interim Measures for Household Registration in Kunshan stipulates: "The public security organ shall accept the household registration of the following persons: those who have purchased complete sets of commercial housing in this city, have been legally employed in this city for more than 3 years, and have an area of more than 80 square meters (the labor contract is signed by the labor security department), and have participated in social security and medical insurance for more than 3 years, are allowed to move in as a whole."

Second, the application materials:

2. The original and photocopy of the property right certificate (the date of issuance of the property right certificate is more than 3 years, and the area is more than 80 square meters);

3. Original and photocopy of the labor contract (legally employed in the local unit and working continuously for more than 5 years from the date of signing the contract to the date of application, and currently required to be on the job);

4. The original and photocopy of the pension handbook and medical insurance handbook, and the payment list of social security and medical insurance (the employer who needs to pay social security and medical insurance has paid in Kunshan Social Security Center for more than 3 years from the date of payment to the date of application, and no supplementary pension is adopted);

5. The original and photocopy of the salary card or the original payroll of the unit (the per capita disposable income of the family is not lower than the average level of Kunshan in the previous year);

6. Original and photocopy of the immigrant's ID card;

7. Household registration certificate;

8. If the whole family moves in, they need to provide marriage certificate, proof of family members' relationship, unemployed spouse and minor children (18 years old) who are allowed to move with them: if the spouse is a town, they need to provide unemployment certificate issued by the labor department above the town where the original household registration is located, and if they are registered in rural areas, they can provide proof from the local village committee;

9. The family planning certificate issued by the family planning department above the original household registration town, and the family planning department certificate of the town (street) where the house is located in Kunming (the whole family who violates family planning will not move in);

10. The local police station where the demolished person lives shall issue a record certificate of not participating in organizations and activities prohibited by the state.
