In order to help enterprises recover and rebuild, in early September, the project of introducing foreign intelligence was included in the 20 13 annual intelligence introduction project of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, in order to win the support of state funds. Subsequently, the research team held a forum in Fushun Hydrorefining Equipment Co., Ltd. and listened to the report on the introduction of foreign intelligence in Fushun and qingyuan county after the disaster.

Feng Yonggang, director of the office of introducing foreign intelligence projects, introduced the policies, project requirements and key support points of introducing intelligence projects in Qingyuan County. Liu Enping, director of the Provincial Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs, fully affirmed the introduction of talents in Fushun and qingyuan county.
