The bank where the medical insurance account is opened will notify the insured unit to go through the formalities of submitting the form, paying the fee and getting the card in Guangzhou Medical Insurance Center after the second month of enrollment registration 19. The process of submitting forms, paying fees and obtaining cards: it can be handled at the designated window in the service hall of the medical insurance center.

5. The agent of the card-issuing insured unit shall issue the social security (citizen) card to the insured within one week after receiving the card.
