Paid social security can still enjoy the low income

Legal analysis: with social security can apply for low income households, the conditions of low income households depends on the per capita income of the family. Legal basis: "Regulations on Minimum Subsistence Security for Urban Residents" Article 8 The civil affairs departments of the people's governments at the county level, after examination, shall distinguish between the following different situations and approve the enjoyment of minimum subsistence security for urban residents:

(a) urban residents who have no source of livelihood, are incapable of working and have no fixed breadwinner, supporter or (a) For urban residents who have no source of livelihood and are incapable of working and have no dependents, supporters or fosterers, approval is given for them to enjoy the full amount of the minimum subsistence guarantee for urban residents in accordance with the local minimum subsistence guarantee standard for urban residents

(b) For urban residents who still have some income, approval is given for them to enjoy the difference in per capita income of their families that is lower than the minimum subsistence guarantee standard for urban residents.

The civil affairs department of the people's government at the county level shall, upon examination, notify the applicant in writing if he or she does not meet the conditions for enjoyment of the minimum subsistence guarantee for urban residents and explain the reasons.

The management approval authority shall complete the approval procedures within thirty days from the date of receipt of the application from the applicant.

The minimum subsistence allowance for urban residents shall be paid monthly in monetary terms by the management and approval authority; if necessary, it may also be paid in kind.
