Can endowment insurance be transferred to social security?

At present, it is stipulated that social security can be moved and merged with the change of people's workplace.

When the insured moves out of social security, he/she must bring his/her ID card, social security card and resignation certificate to the social security bureau of the insured place for social security transfer.

If the insured fails to pay social security, unless the insured fails to apply for moving out as required, the social security bureau of the insured place has no right to refuse the insured person to apply for social security transfer.

If the social security bureau of the insured place refuses to go through the formalities of moving out in line with normal procedures, the insured person may complain to the petition office of the local municipal government.
