How to stop the company's personal social security

If you stop paying social security, the company can apply for layoffs.

1. Resignation letter (must be signed by the resignee)

2 labor contract termination and rescission declaration list (with official seal, in duplicate)

3. Copy of ID card of the employee who left the company.

5. Application form for change of employee's social insurance relationship (with official seal, in duplicate)

6. The proof of termination or rescission of the labor contract (one copy with official seal) is generally Article 37 of the Labor Law.

7. Employment and unemployment registration certificate (if any).
