How to stop the company's personal social security

If you stop paying social security, the company can apply for layoffs.

The company's downsizing in handling personal social insurance is to handle the closure of personal social insurance for the record. Just bring the following information to the window of the social security bureau where it is registered.

1. Resignation letter (must be signed by the resignee)

2 labor contract termination and rescission declaration list (with official seal, in duplicate)

3. Copy of ID card of the employee who left the company.

4. The labor contract of the resigned personnel

5. Application form for change of employee's social insurance relationship (with official seal, in duplicate)

6. The proof of termination or rescission of the labor contract (one copy with official seal) is generally Article 37 of the Labor Law.

7. Employment and unemployment registration certificate (if any).
