First, the object of processing

Insured persons who participate in social insurance in Haikou can apply for social security cards (hereinafter referred to as social security cards), including:

(1) Insured persons who normally participate in the basic medical insurance for urban residents in Haikou;

(2) Insured persons who normally participate in social endowment insurance for urban and rural residents in Haikou (including retirees who normally receive pension insurance benefits);

(3) Insured persons who normally participate in social insurance for urban workers in Haikou (including retirees who normally receive pension insurance benefits or enjoy medical insurance benefits, and unemployed persons who normally participate in insurance).

Other personnel in Haikou who have not participated in any social insurance will not accept the application temporarily, and the insured who have applied for the social security card in this province cannot apply repeatedly.

Second, provide materials.

(1) The insured shall handle it by himself: provide the original and photocopy of my second-generation ID card 1 copy, standard 1 inch white background recent bareheaded color photo 1 copy;

(4) The photo standard of social security card is equivalent to the Technical Standard for Making Digital Photos of Resident Identity Cards (GA46 1-2004), which requires: one-inch citizen's head is bareheaded, and the head accounts for 2/3 of the photo size. Residents who often wear glasses should wear glasses with no reflection, no border on white background, clear portrait, rich layers and natural expression.

Third, the handling process

(1) In principle, employees of Shanghai Kou (including retirees insured by the company) who are insured by the company shall be handled by the insured unit in a unified way: the social security administrator of the insured unit shall collect the application registration form from the social security card management center, the insured person shall submit the materials and fill out the form, and the insured unit shall submit the application for business card printing in a unified way. Then, the social security administrator will receive the social security card from the social security card management center and issue it to the insured.

(2) Haikou city urban residents' basic medical insurance, urban and rural residents' social endowment insurance and urban flexible employment insurance (including flexible employment retirees and normal insured unemployed people) apply for social security cards at all social security card service outlets in the city, including two steps: submitting materials and filling out forms to apply. After acceptance, collect the social security card according to the scheduled time and place for card collection.
