Buying a second-hand house in Chengdu needs to comply with Chengdu's purchase restriction policy.

Chengdu implemented housing purchase restriction measures on 20 16 10 1. Previously, it was only for developers to buy new commercial housing. On March 20 17, Chengdu also included second-hand houses in the scope of purchase restriction.

The purchase restriction measures require that the household registration in Chengdu has been completed for two years or that the household registration in Chengdu has been completed for two years. If the household registration is less than two years, it will take one year to buy a house in Chengdu.
