Relevant departments of all regions and the State Council should focus on the following work in accordance with the relevant standards and work requirements of the integrated platform.

(a) relying on the unified identity authentication system of the comprehensive platform to realize the identity authentication of social security card holders. The national platform unified identity authentication system integrates the relevant interfaces of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security national social security card service platform as one of the sources of natural person's auxiliary identity authentication. Relevant departments in all regions and the State Council should use the unified identity authentication capability of the comprehensive platform to provide real-name registration, identity authentication, single sign-on and other services for those who hold social security cards, and solve the problems of repeated registration and verification of government service platforms in different regions and departments.

(2) Relying on the integrated platform of electronic license sharing service system, realize mutual recognition of social security card electronic license sharing. Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security National Social Security Card Service Platform realizes the application of social security card electronic license sharing by docking with the national platform electronic license sharing service system. Relevant departments in various regions and the State Council rely on the integrated platform to obtain the electronic certificate documents of social security cards, which provides strong support for reducing the number of certificates and facilitating the people, solves the problem that people submit copies of social security cards many times when handling business in the government service hall, guides the people to use the "bright card" and two-dimensional code scanning functions of the electronic certificate of social security cards, and solves the problem that people do not carry physical social security cards when handling business in the government service hall.

(3) Make full use of the social security card service capability of the integrated platform mobile terminal to improve the convenience level of government services. Relevant departments in all regions and the State Council should rely on the mobile terminal of the integrated platform to promote the intensive construction and data sharing and interoperability of the mobile terminal of the government service platform, and realize online collection, social security inquiry, social security relationship transfer and payment of personal social security cards. When it comes to human resources and social security business and other related government services stipulated by the government, agents can use the integrated platform mobile social security card to handle related business services.

(4) Vigorously promote the online and offline integration of integrated platforms and improve the efficiency of government services. Based on the comprehensive platform, all regions and relevant departments in the State Council should continuously improve the online and offline service capabilities of social security cards, clarify the application scope and role of social security cards in government services, promote the application of social security cards in government services such as employment and entrepreneurship, social security, labor relations, vocational training, personnel, subsidies for benefiting farmers and people, smart cities and credit services, and improve the efficiency of administrative services.
