There are two ways to change the ID number or name of the insured: (1) If there is an error due to the insured enterprise, the enterprise will issue a certificate, fill in the Change Form for Employees Participating in Social Insurance, and go through the change formalities at the social security collection department. (2) If there is an error or change due to the social security department, the social security department shall issue a certificate to prove that the original ID number (name) and the current ID number (name) belong to the same person, and explain the reasons.
