I query social security, why does it show that the user data does not exist?

First, your social security ID number was entered incorrectly when the company reported the increase, which led to the wrong account name, so it could not be found;

Second, because the accounts of social security agencies are not co-ordinated, cross-agency inquiries cannot be made. For example, your query page may belong to the Municipal Social Security Bureau, and the account has not been merged, so there is no such user.

The solution is to find out the real reason why the query can't be found. In the first case, the number needs to be revised again, and in the second case, it is a test to merge accounts with ID cards.
