Do I need to buy social security and five insurances and one gold at the same time?

Five risks need to be paid together. The law stipulates that social security is compulsory, and so is the provident fund.

1. Five insurances refer to five types of insurance, including endowment insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance and maternity insurance. Usually we call the five insurances social security. One gold refers to the housing accumulation fund. Article 58 of China's Social Insurance Law stipulates that the employer shall handle social insurance registration for employees within 30 days from the date of employment. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.

2. Article 37 of the Regulations on the Management of Housing Provident Fund stipulates that in violation of the provisions of this Ordinance, if the unit fails to register the deposit of housing provident fund or fails to handle the procedures for the establishment of housing provident fund accounts for employees, the housing provident fund management center shall order it to be handled within a time limit; Failing to handle it within the time limit, a fine of 6.5438+0 million yuan and 50,000 yuan shall be imposed.
