How to handle work-related injury insurance with social security

Legal analysis: 1. After receiving the news that an employee is injured, the business management department of the company should check whether the employee is insured in the company. After the insurance is confirmed, the injured person's name, medical insurance number, injury time, injured part and treatment hospital name should be reported to the Industrial Injury Department of XX Medical Insurance Center for registration within 24 hours after the injury. If the case is reported for more than 24 hours, the medical insurance center will no longer accept it;

2. After the treatment of the injured, our department will fill in the Report on Workers' Work-related Accidents and the Application Form for Work-related Injury Identification, and submit the original medical records and discharge summary (copy), ID card and medical insurance card (copy) of the injured to XX Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for work-related injury identification;

3. Within three months after receiving the Application Form for Work-related Injury Identification and related materials, XX Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will organize personnel to the company site to identify the reported work-related injuries, and make relevant inquiries and records for the work-related injuries themselves;

4. After receiving the work-related injury identification decision issued by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the company shall fill in the Report Form of Workers' Work-related Injury Accidents and the Application Form for Medical (Rehabilitation) Expenses of Workers with the work-related injury identification decision (original), ID card and medical insurance card (copy), outpatient and hospitalization invoices (original), outpatient medical records, one-day hospitalization list and discharge summary.

5. The municipal medical insurance center shall notify the company to transfer funds to the disbursement department of the municipal medical insurance center after reviewing and signing the medical expense documents of the injured declared by the company. After receiving the payment for work-related injuries, the financial department of the company shall settle or write off the medical expenses actually paid by the listed medical insurance center according to the approval form for medical expenses of work-related injuries;

6. If an individual with a serious work-related injury requires work-related injury capability appraisal, the company will fill in the application form for work-related injury capability appraisal, ID card and medical insurance card (photocopy), work-related injury determination decision (photocopy) and other related materials after receiving the work-related injury determination decision, and submit it to XX Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for work-related injury capability appraisal; 7. After receiving the application, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of XX City contacted me to the designated XX People's Hospital for disability grade appraisal;

8. After receiving the Notice on the Conclusion of Appraisal of Workers' Work-related Injury Ability issued by the Municipal Social Security Bureau, the company will fill in the XX City Work-related Injury Insurance Treatment Declaration and Approval Form and related materials. Submit it to the Industrial Injury Department of XX Medical Insurance Center for one-time disability subsidy approval, and the XX Medical Insurance Center will verify the disability subsidy according to the disability level and the social security amount paid by the injured person;

9. After receiving the notice that the municipal medical insurance center has completed the examination and approval of the one-time work-related injury and disability allowance, the company will transfer the money to the appropriation department of the municipal medical insurance center. After the money is transferred to the company's finance, the disabled due to work can receive it;

Article 33 Employees shall participate in work-related injury insurance, and the employer shall pay the work-related injury insurance premium, while employees shall not pay the work-related injury insurance premium.

Article 35 The employing unit shall pay the work-related injury insurance premium according to the total wages of employees and the rate determined by the social insurance agency.
