The second step is to transfer personnel. There are two ways. The first one is to transfer your employees from the old unit, and you need to provide proof of dissolution. The employee shall go through the resignation formalities with the unemployment certificate and the original contract, and the Labor Bureau shall issue the resignation registration form after examination. You can take the resignation registration form to the social security center to fill in the exemption form. Then add employees to the new unit. If it is necessary to bring a contract (signed with a new unit), the employee shall go through the employment formalities at the Labor Bureau, which will issue an employment registration form after examination, and then bring this form to the social security to fill in the addition form (the legal person may add a copy of the business license without a contract).
