The third part of the adjustment is linked to the payment period. The payment period is increased by 3 yuan every year. If the payment is less than 15, it will be calculated as 15, that is, the minimum increase in 45 yuan, and then the annual increase in 3 yuan will reflect the overpayment.

Part IV Adjustment: On the basis of quota adjustment and hook adjustment, the elderly will be tilted, and the number of elderly people over 70 years old but under 80 years old and over 80 years old will be increased to 60 yuan and 70 yuan respectively every month.

The distribution time should be guaranteed to be in place before June 15.

The Provincial People's Social Welfare Department requires that the pension adjustment work be completed before the end of May, so as to ensure that the increased basic pension will be paid in place before the end of May, and all of it must be paid in place by June 15 at the latest.

The adjustment level is slightly higher than last year's provincial per capita basic pension 10%.

The first three parts of the adjustment plan can be enjoyed by all retirees, and the adjustment level is determined according to 10% slightly higher than the monthly basic pension of enterprise retirees in the province in 20 14.

In addition, those who pay a lump sum of 32,500 yuan to 1000 yuan beyond retirement age choose to increase the basic pension according to the standard of 200 yuan per person per month. Those who have reached the age of 70 will participate in the elderly tilt adjustment in full.

1953 retired cadres and soldiers who joined the army before the end of the year and retired in the enterprise will adjust the basic pension, and each person will be given an appropriate living allowance every month, which will be paid together with the increased basic pension.
