How to print Guangdong medical insurance certificate

Guangzhou medical insurance participation certificate can be printed through Guangdong government affairs network or Guangdong province save trouble applet. See the text for specific printing process operation!

Print through "Guangdong Government Service Network"

Step 1: Log on to Guangdong Government Service Network. (Search the website for "medical insurance relationship transfer out" (or "confirmation of medical insurance relationship transfer out (print enrollment certificate)"). (The search scope is "Guangzhou" and the handling department is "Guangzhou Medical Insurance Bureau")

Step 2: In the pop-up interface, click "Online Processing" to enter the online processing interface, as shown in figure1; Or click to enter the item query, then scroll the mouse and click "Handle Now" to enter the online processing interface, as shown in Figure 2.

Note: If you are not officially logged in, you need to log in again.

Step 4: After entering the processing interface, select the PC number to handle the business and click the "Handle" button. Note: If the insured has more than one personal computer number and does not meet the requirements for handling the transfer-out business, it is not allowed to handle the business online.

Step 5: Read the prompt and click the "Confirm" button.

Step 6: Select the personal account handling method (only valid for applications with accounts), select the handling agency that will handle the formal transfer-out business later, fill in my valid mobile phone number, and then click "Confirm". Note: If the voucher has been applied online or printed at the front desk of the handling institution, and the transfer-out process has not been formally carried out, you can skip to step 7 without entering it.

Step 7: The system generates the basic medical insurance enrollment (combined) voucher. After confirming that the information is correct, click the "seal and print" function key to instantly generate a PDF file with a special seal for online business, which can be downloaded, saved and printed.

Note: If the relevant information is incorrect (mainly in the form of transfer), you need to contact the handling agency for confirmation or modification.

Print with the "Guangdong province" applet

Step 1: Wechat logs into the "Guangdong Province Save Trouble" applet, enters the "Special Zone" and selects "Basic Level Burden Relief Service Area".

Step 2: Select "Issue Medical Insurance Participation Certificate" in "Social Security Service".

Step 3: Read the notes carefully and agree, and click the "Next" button.

Step 4: Fill in the contact phone number and email address (used to receive the basic medical insurance enrollment (combined) voucher), select the account handling method and the handling agency that will handle the formal transfer-out business in the future, and click the "Submit" button.

Step 5: The interface of successful submission pops up, as shown below:1; You can continue to click the "View Details" button to view the handling situation, as shown in Figure 2 below. If successful, you can download and print the "Basic Medical Insurance (Certificate)" in the email address entered in the previous step.
