Maternity insurance can be reimbursed if social security is paid in full 12 months. When a female worker gives birth, the unit where she works pays her normal full fee 12 months or more, and meets the requirements of national, provincial and municipal family planning policies, and enjoys maternity medical treatment and maternity allowance. When a female worker gives birth, the work unit has paid the full amount for her for 6 months but less than 12 months. If she meets the national, provincial and municipal family planning policies, she can enjoy maternity medical treatment, and her maternity allowance is paid by the employer according to the regulations.
