What is the detailed process for employees to apply for social security online in Beijing?

There are four steps, as follows.

1. Log on to Beijing social insurance online service platform (/csibiz/home/) and enter as a company;

2. If the employee has participated in social security in Beijing before, there is a declaration business management item on the left side of the login page. Click Transfer-in Personnel, add a declaration, fill in the employee's personal information, and click Submit after confirmation to show success.

3. If the employee has never participated in social security in Beijing, there is a declaration in the business management item on the left side of the page. Fill in the employee's personal information and click Submit after confirmation. After successful submission, download and print the personal information registration form and personnel increase form respectively.

4. Before 25th of the reporting month, the relevant personnel of the company shall bring the printed form+a copy of employee ID card to the Social Security Bureau to submit relevant information.

5. You can log in and use the social security online service platform from 5th to 25th every month. The operation of transferring personnel is simple and can be completed in a few minutes. New employees need to fill in more information and provide social security electronic photos.
