Where can I apply for a social security card in rural areas?

If you don't have a social security card, you can first pay through the village Committee or pay at the social security agency of the Party-mass service center of the township government, and then bring your ID card to the local bank (rural credit cooperatives or rural commercial banks in general) to apply for a social security card directly. About a month later, the new social security card can be used.
