Second, the declaration procedure

1, individual application.

2. Accept the audit. According to the principle of territorial management, the community social service window shall conduct a preliminary examination of the application materials in time, and the street social service window shall conduct a review. City, district labor and employment management agencies should be audited within 10 working days.

3. Monthly verification. Local labor and employment management institutions shall, before the end of each month, check and calculate the subsidy amount of the employees who enjoy social security subsidies for flexible employment in that month, generate a subsidy list, and publicize the personnel list, subsidy items, subsidy standards and specific amount in official website through cities or local communities for a period of not less than 7 days.

4. Payment of funds. Local labor and employment management institutions shall, in accordance with the provisions of financial management, declare the flexible employment social security subsidy funds to the financial department at the same level, and distribute the subsidy funds to the applicant's social security card account on a monthly basis.

Third, declare the entrance.

1. Online declaration: qualified personnel can make online declaration through the online service hall of the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Jiangsu Province.

2. Off-line declaration: Qualified personnel can hold their valid certificates and related materials to fill in the "Application Form for Social Security Subsidies for Flexible Employment Personnel in Zhenjiang City" at the window of the community.
