Does Beijing hukou need social security to buy a car?

Foreigners need to meet the following conditions when buying a house in Beijing:

(1) tax payment certificate for five consecutive years in Beijing (here refers to personal income tax), or proof of paying social insurance for five consecutive years in Beijing (note: it is not acceptable to break off diplomatic relations for five consecutive years, and it will be invalid to make up).

(2) Have a valid Beijing temporary residence permit;

(3) The purchaser has no room in Beijing. If he gets married, neither husband nor wife has a house in Beijing;

(4) ID card, marriage certificate and household registration book;

(5) If a house is purchased with a loan outside Beijing, and the above conditions are met, if a house is purchased with a loan in Beijing, the down payment will be more than 60% (including 60%), and the loan interest will go up 10%.

Foreigners who want to buy a car in Beijing also need to comply with the policy and apply for indicators. A passenger car that is not registered in this Municipality, holds a valid motor vehicle driver's license and meets one of the following conditions, may apply for car purchase:

(1) Non-local household registration personnel with valid Beijing work residence permit;

(2) Non-local residents who hold a valid temporary residence permit in this Municipality and have paid social insurance and personal income tax continuously in this Municipality for more than 5 years (including 5 years). Those who meet the above conditions are eligible to apply for a passenger car license and enter the license selection process; You can only buy a vehicle if you successfully apply for a quota. Quota indicators shall be retained for 6 months, and shall be deemed to be automatically waived after the expiration. If you want to buy a car again, you still have to reapply for the index.
