How to apply for social security subsidies?

The application form for social security allowance is as follows:

Social security subsidy application object:

Registered unemployed persons in cities and towns who have reached the age of 50 for men and 40 for women;

Urban residents minimum living security family registered unemployed;

Urban zero-employment families register unemployed people.

Social security subsidy application conditions:

Persons with employment difficulties who meet the requirements for flexible employees to apply for social insurance subsidies shall first go to the community where the household registration is located (to the social security office without communities) to register for unemployment and hold employment and entrepreneurship certificates;

Persons with employment difficulties who meet the requirements for flexible employees to apply for social insurance subsidies should register for employment in the community where their household registration is located within 10 days. If there is no objection after 7 days of publicity in the community, it will be entered into the employment service information system, and the Chongqing Flexible Employment Registration Certificate will be issued.

Individuals with flexible employment have paid basic old-age insurance premiums and basic medical insurance premiums as required.

Note: Employment and Entrepreneurship Certificate is a certificate to record the employment and unemployment of workers and enjoy public employment services and employment support policies. The registration and issuance time is the effective time of the certificate.
